How do I get paid?
We offer two payment methods: PayPal (instant, no fee) or check (7-10 days, $2.50 fee). You can set your preference in your account settings. Payouts happen monthly once you reach the $25 minimum threshold.
Why is there a 10% platform fee?
The platform fee covers our infrastructure costs, customer support, payment processing, security, ongoing development, and marketing to bring subscribers to your personas. This is industry-standard and keeps us sustainable while you focus on creating.
What are the processing fees?
Processing fees cover the actual costs of PayPal or check payments. For PayPal: $2.50 for amounts under $100, $5.00 for amounts over $100. For international PayPal: 2% or the standard fee, whichever is greater. For checks: flat $2.50 fee.
When do I receive my money?
Payouts occur monthly at the beginning of each month. If you use PayPal, funds arrive within 3-5 days. Checks take 7-10 business days to arrive by mail. You need a minimum of $25 in earnings to receive a payout.
What if I don’t reach the $25 minimum?
Your earnings will accumulate month-to-month until you reach the $25 threshold. Once you hit $25, your status changes to “pending payout” and you’ll receive all accumulated earnings in the next monthly payout cycle.
Can I set my own prices?
Absolutely! You have full control over your pricing within the three licensing tiers (Personal, Professional, Commercial). Set prices based on the value you provide and your target audience. You can adjust prices at any time.
