Users grant BridgeBrain rights to use (for improving the platform) generated content that is marked by the user as “public access” – any content they share publicly.
Note on privacy and content: Privately generated content remains private until otherwise shared by the user, and further will not be used for training AI at scale, or for marketing data, or rented or sold to anyone, for any reason. We hold your private data in the strictest of confidence under the RQ Lab “Trust Certification” program.
4. Payment Terms

- Billing occurs based on our pricing structure and payment methods
5. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate accounts for violating these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, users will lose access to our services.
